We collect and use any information you supply when you interact with any of our touch points. When you open an account with us, you share details like your name, phone number, ID, address and a picture. By using the app to transact, you also share details of your transactions with us. Additionally, we may request explicit permission to see other information like your address book.

  • Details you give when you sign up for a Zemma account, like your name, date of birth, gender, phone number, residential address, and email address.
  • Your profile picture.
  • Information you give us through the in-app chat so we can help you.
  • BVN supplied for account verification which is never stored. The sole purpose is to ensure your name and birth date matches your profile information.

ZEMMA may use this information to provide you with information regarding our products, services, or events from time-to-time.

You may request that ZEMMA cease sending you such information or request that your personal information be removed from our database or mailing list at any time.

ZEMMA will not disclose any personal information to anyone except as provided for in this policy. We may however need to disclose personal information to Zemma employees who require such information to carry out their duties. There may also be situations where the law requires us to disclose your personal information.
